Craft Series: Spring Edition, Shrimp Arugula

Craft Series: Spring Edition, Shrimp Arugula

A wise man once called shrimp the “fruit of the sea” and rattled off a list of ways to prepare it, but never mentioned putting shrimp on a pizza. Too bad he never got the chance to eat at Your Pie.

Your Pie is proud to announce the latest creation in their seasonal Craft Pie Series, “Shrimp Arugula”. The spring-inspired pizza features Alfredo sauce, white cheddar cheese, arugula, and (of course) gulf shrimp.

“When we started our Craft Pie Series, we promised to give our customers what they want and Your Pie fans asked us to go shrimping,” said Drew French, Founder of Your Pie. “A promise is a promise.”

The “Shrimp Arugula” pizza will be available in all 18 Your Pie locations on April 15th and run through June 30th. Visit www.yourpie.com to find the nearest Your Pie location.

The Craft Pie Series has been a seasonal feature of the Your Pie menu since French launched the first customizable, down-the-line, fast-casual pizza concept in 2008. The company is celebrating 6 years of delicious hand-tossed, oven-baked pizza done in the traditional Italian style this spring. With locations throughout the southeastern United States, Your Pie has plans to expand and increase their presence in the year ahead and is currently establishing relationships with energetic and driven investors interested in opening their own Your Pie restaurants.

Your Pie will be opening their first Atlanta location in May, and up to three more Your Pie locations will open in Atlanta before the end of summer 2014. Your Pie aims to reach 100 locations in the U.S. by the end of 2015.
