Your Pie was recently featured in the South Florida Business Journal in an article titled, "Your Pie now open in Lighthouse Point."

The article provides details about Your Pie and specifically about the Lighthouse Point location. Report Shaun Bevan details the founding of the company and then mentions the space that owners Kara Seelye and Jason Harris transformed into the Your Pie restaurant.  The article ends with a note that Kara and Jason are hoping to build 5 more locations in the coming years.

Your Pie now open in Lighthouse Point

The latest restaurant to open in Lighthouse Point is a pizza concept dedicated to your choices.

Customers heading to Your Pie, which opened at 3650 Federal Highway on May 16, can choose from a variety of sauces, including barbecue, spicy Thai and traditional marinara, for their 10-inch individual pizzas. Craft beers, bread bowl salads and gelato are also available.

The fast-casual dining experience was developed by Drew French in 2008 in Athens, Ga., and brought to South Florida by friends and franchisees Kara Seelyeand Jason Harris. The two have transformed a 2,000-square-foot coffeehouse to provide indoor seating for 58.

Your Pie Featured in Boca Raton Magazine.

Your Pie was recently featured in the online version of Boca Raton magazine in an article titled, "Your Pie coming to Lighthouse Point".

The article begins by talking about the upcoming opening of Kara Seelye and Jason Harris’s Your Pie location and a description of the Your Pie concept. The location will be in Lighthouse Point, and is the fourth Your Pie to enter the state of Florida.  The article includes details about the restaurant such as the color scheme, topping choices, and the fact that the location will sport a Coke Freestyle.

Your Pie Coming to Lighthouse Point

From salads to burritos to burgers, DIY dining is hotter than South Florida in mid-July. And now folks in Lighthouse Point and points beyond can get a taste of DIY pizza dining with the debut this week of Your Pie (3650 N. Federal Hwy., 954/532-1531), a have-it-your-way pizzeria from professional photographer Kara Seelye and fiancé Jason Harris.

The third of what will soon be five Florida locations of the Georgia-based chainlet, Your Pie channels the Chipotle “fast casual” model with more upscale food, décor and service, with a wide array of choices for customers to create their own personal pizzas. The couple originally planned for a Boca Raton location, Seelye said, but when a suitable site couldn’t be found, made the move to Lighthouse Point.
